How are these blocks joined?

AAC blocks are joined using thin-bed Block jointing mortar (not traditional cement mortar). It ensures better bonding and less thermal bridging.

Are AAC blocks termite proof?

Yes, they are completely resistant to termites and mold.

Do AAC blocks require plastering?

Yes, but a thinner plaster (8–12 mm) is sufficient due to the smoother surface and dimensional accuracy.

Are these blocks load-bearing?

Yes, AAC blocks can be used for load-bearing and non-load-bearing applications, depending on wall thickness and design parameters.

AAC blocks are manufactured with fly ash (waste material from thermal power plant ), using minimal power and cement. Their uniform size and finish reduce the need for plastering, further accelerating construction timelines.
